I am such a ditz I forgot to respond to the comments posted to my blog. I apologize for the oversight. Sue thanks for the positive feedback. The comments on my page have been very supportive, when I first read the blog assignment I thought “there is no way I will keep blogging” but now I’m not so sure. Things have gotten back to as normal as normal is around here and I have a little extra time to do things, but do I want to sit here letting my rear expand or go to the park and play with Chloe? That is easy Chloe will always win that kind of contest (and it would certainly help the back side). But when Elmo has her attention I could throw a few lines down. It is a good way to keep up with people, yet it still seems kind of like an invasion of privacy. See, I can talk myself into a corner all too easily.
I still have a lot of work to do on my papers I have 2 due next week; I have realized that it is a lot easier to do the work when you are very interested in the subject. You would think that since I love reading so much writing would be easy but for some reason I seem to struggle with it in this class.

Ms. Katy, I am totally relating to everything you say! I bought new jeans last week and had to go up a size from all the sitting (lol). And, if I am interested in the subject and in the mood, I can write a great paper in a flash. If I am pushing it, it shows in my work. Reading may help your vocabulary, but I find that there are many mechanics to writing, and it's difficult to think that authors go through all that. However, I am sure that's why they are famous! Good luck on your two papers.
